Galaxy360 Academy is a nonprofit bilingual school, located in Paramaribo, Suriname. We offer a high-quality education in both Dutch and English from Elementary to Middle School. Galaxy 360 Kids, Preschool through Kindergarten, is opening in October 2023. We welcome students who wish to be part of an interactive and academically strong curriculum.

Galaxy 360 Kids is located at Pluto Straat 10, Paramaribo, Suriname. It offers a small classroom environment, featuring air-conditioned classrooms, a computer lab, a library, and a recreational space
academic Program
Students learn foundational subjects such as Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies. The academic part is supplemented by programs in Art, Drama, Music, Dance, Yoga, Physical Education, Library, Computer Lab, and extra-curricular activities. We believe in a 360-degree educational and philosophical approach. This means that all students who receive proper instruction can develop skills to become responsible global citizens. We strive to develop young leaders through intercultural kindness and respect who will display strong thinking skills on academic and social level.
What is 360-degree education?
Technology is advancing and changing. Therefore, it is important to revise the traditional curricula and better align it with hands -on interactive activities so that students are prepared for the future. A 360-degree learning provides a well-rounded education with the use of STEAM, Science, Technology Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. These are the access points for guiding students’ inquiry, dialogue and critical thinking, instead of having them memorize information.
